Minerals and Waste Joint Plan

North Yorkshire County Council has recently published its draft Minerals and Waste Joint Plan. The plan suggests a maximum of 10 shale well pads per 100km2.

Please find below the link to the plan. There is still time to have your say by making direct responses to NYCC. The shale gas sections are on pages 74 - 99
