Update on vaccinations in Thirsk and Malton

North Yorkshire as a whole now has 88% of adults who have had a first dose and almost 80% who have had their second dose. 74% of the 18 – 29 age group have had one dose and 30% have had a second dose. It must be noted that some of this age group are not yet eligible for their second as it has not been 8 weeks since they received their first dose.

For Ryedale and Hambleton combined, 89.1% people have had their first dose and 79% have had their second. Thirsk and Malton’s figures for the fully vaccinated are slightly higher than that of the national figures, the latest of which show 75% of adults having had two doses.

I strongly advise anyone eligible who has not yet booked their vaccine to do so here.
