Last week Kevin Hollinrake MP met with local authority leaders who currently hold direct responsibility for Easingwold School to stress the important of reaching a clear way forward for the school by the end of March. Mr Hollinrake also recently met with the governing body and executive leadership team and with government ministers to make sure that all views were being considered and a swift resolution is achieved.
Mr Hollinrake commented “All parties are keen to make sure that we achieve the best solution for the school as quickly as possible. The current uncertainty is far from ideal but I am confident that we resolve matters in the next few weeks. I see a very bright future for the school and believe that it will quickly become the outstanding school that we expect it to be, know and love.”
