On Tuesday 30th June a debate was held in Westminster Hall to discuss proposed exploration for Shale Gas. Kevin Hollinrake MP for Thirsk and Malton called the debate in order that the Government might hear his concerns and those of the residents of the constituency.
Last Saturday Kevin met with residents of the village of Kirby Misperton where an application to drill for shale gas has recently been submitted.
